We have three Lakeland clinics you can visit for your appointment and walk-ins are welcomed.

A nurse will provide patients with free pregnancy testing, ultrasounds, wellness referrals and STD testing for men and women.

Monday –  Friday: 9 a.m. – 5 p.m.     

Our  632 W. 5th Street Clinic is open the following day and hours: 

Mondays 10 a.m. – 2 p.m.

Our 1135 N Chestnut Rd. Clinic is open the following day and hours: 

Tuesdays 11 a.m.  – 4 p.m.
